Welcome! We are so glad to have you joining us at the International WorkBoat Show. Below you will find everything you need to know as a co-exhibiting company to help get you set up and ready for the event.
| What will I receive as a Co-Exhibitor? | As a Co-Exhibitor in the event, you will have a Company Profile that will appear in the event website Exhibitor List and event Mobile App. You will also receive an identification sign on-site at your booth which will include your company name and booth number. |
|---|---|
| How do I update my Company Profile that appears on the Exhibitor List? | Once you've logged into the Exhibitor Resource Center using the link provided and created your new password, click on the Edit Your Company Profile link on the homepage. From there, you can review and update your company information. Since your profile is currently visible on the Exhibitor List, we recommend reviewing and making any necessary updates as soon as possible. |
|
How do I register my staff for badges? |
As a Co-Exhibitor you will share a badge allotment and password with your lead exhibitor. Please contact your lead exhibitor directly so that they can provide you with this information. |
|
Do I need to order services or furnishings? |
If you will need to place orders for any utilities like electricity or order any furnishings, please be sure to contact your lead exhibitor first to ensure an order has not already been placed. Services can be ordered through the Order Event Services section. |
|
Do I need to fill out any event related forms? |
As a co-exhibiting company you will NOT need to fill out the Booth Approval or Exhibitor Appointed Contractor form for the event. You will only need to review and edit your Company Profile form for the event. |
Recently the International WorkBoat Show has been the target of groups that offer a variety of fraudulent services. This includes but is not limited to fraudulent travel, advertising, and data services. Many of our customers have reported that these groups who are not our official vendors fail to deliver on their promises to provide hotel reservations, advertising, or accurate data, then refuse to grant refunds. Some of these groups engage in illegal phishing practices or embed malware in their messages that could (if clicked) infect/hack your company’s systems. We strongly advise that you do not click on any links from e-mails or groups that look suspicious and always check our Official Vendor List before contracting with anyone. If you suspect that you have been contacted by a fraudulent vendor or have any questions, please contact us at customerservice@divcom.com. Please note that International WorkBoat Show and its official vendors DO NOT sell attendee lists under any circumstance. Companies or groups offering such lists are not affiliated with the International WorkBoat Show in any way and cannot possibly have accurate attendee data. Buyers should beware!
