October 26, 2026	Submit Booth Approval Form Through this form you will provide booth details along with drawings of the booth design for our Operations team to evaluate and approve. It is required for ALL Lead Exhibitors. Submit Booth Approval Form Booth Display Regulations
	Submit Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Form Required ONLY if an outside contractor will be building your booth. If you will be hiring a company, outside of Freeman, to build your booth, please fill out this form. Also, if you will be building your booth yourself, you will not need to fill out this form. Submit Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) Form Security Process for EAC’s To alleviate confusion during move-in we are asking all Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EAC's) to follow this new security process during Move-In Days at the International WorkBoat Show. Each morning of Move-In: EAC Supervisors should go to Room D108 (Lobby D) to pick up wristbands for their crew. Daily wristbands: A new wristband is required for each move-in day. Distribution: Please hand out wristbands to your crew in Lobby D (not inside the exhibit hall). Entry: All crew members must enter the exhibit hall through the Security Checkpoint at the Main Entrance (Gate 10A doors) in Lobby D.
	Submit 2nd Story Exhibits Form Required ONLY if you are planning to build a structure with multiple stories and/or enclosed with a ceiling. A permit from the City of New Orleans is required. A Fire Watch may be required. Submit 2nd Story Exhibits Form

October 22 - November 19, 2026	Ship Freight to Freeman Advance Warehouse If you will be shipping your materials in advance of the event to the Freeman Warehouse, please note the following timeframe. November 2, 2026 Advanced Rate	Order Security Event Management provides 24-hour security for general surveillance of the event and facility as a whole. This service does not include individual booth monitoring. Exhibitors are responsible for exercising prudent judgment and safeguarding their personal property and belongings. If your booth contains valuables that are difficult to secure or time-consuming to set up/tear down daily, it is recommended that you hire your own overnight security guard. Booth Security Order Form

November 28, 2026	Ship Freight to Show Site Freeman will begin receiving materials on-site and deliver them to your booth space. Important Information

Recently the International WorkBoat Show has been the target of groups that offer a variety of fraudulent services. This includes but is not limited to fraudulent travel, advertising, and data services. Many of our customers have reported that these groups who are not our official vendors fail to deliver on their promises to provide hotel reservations, advertising, or accurate data, then refuse to grant refunds. Some of these groups engage in illegal phishing practices or embed malware in their messages that could (if clicked) infect/hack your company’s systems. We strongly advise that you do not click on any links from e-mails or groups that look suspicious and always check our Official Vendor List before contracting with anyone. If you suspect that you have been contacted by a fraudulent vendor or have any questions, please contact us at customerservice@divcom.com. Please note that International WorkBoat Show and its official vendors DO NOT sell attendee lists under any circumstance. Companies or groups offering such lists are not affiliated with the International WorkBoat Show in any way and cannot possibly have accurate attendee data. Buyers should beware!
